Sajid Khan is inadvertently one of the most controversial contestants on Bigg Boss 16. He is often seen stirring trouble in the house. Be it smoking outside the designated area or getting into verbal spats with the other contestants, he makes it to the headlines for his questionable actions. He is yet again facing the wrath of the netizens for criticizing Tina Datta’s career.

After an emotionally taxing two weeks, Tina received yet another blow from her friends, after which she completely broke down. The actress, who has always been a strong pillar for her friends and allies in the house, was attacked by Shiv Thakare and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, leaving her emotionally vulnerable. Later in the episode, it was seen that the filmmaker made a hollow and derogatory remark about Tina’s career. He did a complete 180, as from the start of the show, Sajid had been supportive of the Uttaran actress and respected her game. He was captured saying that Tina did her last show 7-8 years ago. He also questioned her value in the outside world.

Sajid’s comments left the fans fuming as they questioned his relevance in the Bollywood industry. One fans wrote, "Agar uska tv show band ko 7-8 saal hogaya toh aapko bhi 4 saal koi kaam nahi de raha , itna influential hai aap itnaa saara famous actors ,producers, directors aapka dost hai and still no one wants to make a movie with u,jinka khud ka ghar shesha ka ho dusro pe pathar nahi marta." It will be interesting to see how Tina reiterates the betrayal she felt by her friends and if Salman Khan will finally reprimand Sajid for passing such comments, which are most of the time passed off as jokes.
